Return & Exchange Policy

At Ishnoor, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange.

 

General Policy

Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for minor issues such as threads visible on the reverse side. In Chikankari embroidery, threads are intentionally kept slightly longer to preserve the integrity of the handwork.

Each product is hand-embroidered and may feature slight variations in stitches, motifs, or threadwork. These are natural signs of handcrafted artistry and are not considered defects, and therefore not eligible for exchange.

Every piece is uniquely handcrafted for you. Minor differences are a beautiful part of the handmade process — we appreciate your understanding and support of traditional craftsmanship.

Certain items are exempt from returns, including damaged or used items.

 

Free Exchange

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

You will need to provide your order number and the email or registered phone number used for the purchase. You can exchange for the same product in a different size or color or select a different product from our catalog.

We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location. (Please note: Reverse pickup is not available at some pincodes. In such cases, we request you to ship the product back to us. We will reimburse courier charges up to 150.) The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the returned product.

The product must be unused and unworn, and requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products will not be eligible for exchange if they have been used, worn, damaged during trial, or are not returned in their original condition as shipped. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition as shipped by us and tags intact.

We offer a free exchange policy. Please note that items exchanged for the second time will not be eligible for further exchanges.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, please raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a pickup (please note that reverse pickups may not be available in certain pin codes).

The refund process will begin only after we receive the returned product and complete a quality check at our end.

During sale period, both prepaid and COD orders will be eligible for exchange only. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any items purchased during the sale.

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. If we arrange a pickup, standard reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The full amount (for orders) will be refunded after deducting delivery charges incurred by Ishnoor at the time of the reverse pickup. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product and complete a quality check at our end.

 

Important Points for Returns

  1. Keep the products ready along with the invoice and tags.
  2. Record a short video of the item during pickup to avoid any disputes later.
  3. During sale, orders are eligible for exchange only, returns not allowed.
  4. If the desired replacement product is unavailable during a sale, customers can select an equivalent item or pay the difference for a higher-value product.
  5. Returns are not accepted during sales, but exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is only possible if the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  6. Non-returnable items include: Used or damaged items 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

 

Wear and Tear Clause

Please note that natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, or issues arising after use of the product are not covered under our return or exchange policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that show signs of:

  • Use or washing
  • Physical damage (such as tears, stains, or alterations)
  • Damage caused during trial or fitting
  • Loss of accessories, tags, or original packaging
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact in order to qualify for an exchange or return.
